REFUND & RETURNS

  • The item is totally new and unused, complete with its original box and tags.
  • Legitimate evidence of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is presented.

How to Get Your Money Back

  • Include the things you wish to return and your order number in the package you send back.
  • If you need to send something back to us, just contact our support team, and they’ll help you get a return authorization and start the process.
  • Return the goods to us using a traceable shipping method.
Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges:

All the orders are meticulously recorded and tracked at all times. If there is a problem, we will let you know right away, and you can arrange for a replacement and a complete refund. We’ll back our services with a promise of both satisfaction and a refund if you’re not happy.  This includes both getting your order to you and making sure the medicine we send you is good. We’ll reship up to once, and if the second time doesn’t work, we’ll give you your money back. The cost of shipping can change depending on where the package is going and who is delivering it. 

Damaged or defective items:

We guarantee that we will reship your order to you at no additional cost if, by chance, it did not arrive or did so in a damaged state.

However, if you request a return and we agree to it, you will receive a full refund. However, in order for this approach to work, we ask for your understanding and patience in allowing us 30 business days from the day the product was shipped to you.
